CBD Infused Pumpkin Pie

A delicious classic reimagined. 



  • 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ tsp freshly ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp freshly ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cloves
  • 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ cups evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 dropper CBD oil 



Preheat oven to 425°F degrees. Line the 9-inch pie pan with pastry dough. Glaze crust with one egg yolk. Place another pie pan on top tightly so the crust will bake evenly. Bake for 15 minutes, remove the pie pan on top and bake another 5 to 10 minutes longer until golden brown. Cool before filling.


Reduce heat to 300°F degrees. Allow oven to fully cool to this temperature so CBD is not affected. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients and beat until blended. Pour into pan and bake for 55 minutes or until filling is firm. Allow to cool briefly. Sprinkle with nutmeg, serve, and enjoy!

CBD Infused Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • whipped cream
  • 30 drops CBD oil



In a medium saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt. In a small bowl, mix together the Instant Espresso and boiling water. Pour into the saucepan with the other ingredients.

Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the vanilla extract, coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Heat the latte over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the liquid reaches just before boiling. 

Remove from heat and pour between two mugs. Add 15 drops of CBD oil to each mug. Garnish with whipped cream and additional ground cinnamon as desired.

CBD Infused Pumpkin Spice Cookies

For those who prefer their PSLs in cookie form.



  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2.5 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1 dropper CBD oil



Preheat the oven to 325ºF and let it heat. In the meantime, take a large bowl and put flour, rolled oats, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and sea salt. Whisk these together till they are completely mixed.

Take another bowl and pour the organic pumpkin puree, CBD, vanilla, coconut oil, and maple syrup in it till they start to mix well. Once you are done with both the bowls, take the bowl with the dry ingredients and start mixing it slowly with the wet ones till the time they get mixed well enough. Do not over mix the two mixtures.


Now, take a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet, and start dropping the combined dough as scoops on the paper. Take care that these scoops are placed at least a few inches from each other. Flatten these scoops as you want with the help of a spatula to get the desired thickness. 


Put these flattened scoops in the oven now and bake for at least 10 minutes. Remove the cookies and let them cool for about 10 minutes before snacking on them.

CBD Infused Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Protein Bars

Get your pumpkin fix without the guilt, and with a protein boost.



  • 1 cup peanut flour
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ¾ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 dropper CBD oil



Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. It will be a thick, almost cookie dough-like texture. Press into a medium Tupperware container or pan. Refrigerate for a few hours then slice into 8 bars. Enjoy!

CBD Infused Jerk Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Try this savory treat instead of popcorn at your next movie night.



  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 fresh habanero pepper, chopped, seeds removed
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 dropper CBD oil



Preheat the oven to 360° F (182° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.


Scrape the seeds from the pumpkin or squash, clean the strings and fibers out of the seeds, but do not wash the seeds so that the flavor is retained.


In a bowl, combine all the seasoning ingredients, including the CBD oil. Add this to the bowl with the pumpkin or squash seeds and toss to combine thoroughly.


Spread the seasoned seeds in one layer on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until a little brown. Remove from the oven. These can be served immediately, or they will store for a week in an airtight container.
